Dr. Lauren Hayley, M.D., is a highly skilled pediatrician dedicated to the health and well-being of children. With years of experience and a compassionate approach, she provides top-tier care tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

I have truly loved calling Wichita Falls home since 2015. Coming from Nashville, TN, I’ve built incredible friendships, enjoyed new experiences, and appreciated the easiest commute of my life! When we moved here, my daughter was just 16 months old, and now both of my children have had the privilege of growing up with wonderful friends in this community. My husband, who grew up in Wichita Falls, always told me from our very first date that this was the best place to raise a family, and I see that every day in the amazing families I serve. I also love getting to know and learn from my patients at Sheppard Air Force Base, many of whom come from different parts of the world and bring such unique perspectives.

In my spare time, I have a deep love for travel. Over the last few years, I’ve trekked to Machu Picchu in Peru and explored the stunning landscapes of Patagonia in Argentina and Chile. But I also love discovering places closer to home, whether it’s a trip to the Wichita Mountains or a relaxing day at Lake Graham. At the same time, I’m just as happy being a homebody, spending time with my kids and our two golden retrievers, Charlie and Sophie. As a family, we love playing golf, hiking, and fishing—anything that gets us outdoors and spending time together.

I’ve wanted to be a pediatrician for as long as I can remember. Even in elementary school, I knew I wanted to work with kids and help them feel better, and that dream never changed. I stayed focused on that path through school and beyond, and I feel incredibly lucky to be living out that dream every day, caring for the children and families of Wichita Falls.
